 As the head of the Futsal program for bolts, Sam took a bunch of kids that had not played this indoor version of the beautiful game, and created a championship caliber team that won trophies and was truly a cut above the rest of the teams in our age group. 

Sam Viana is definitely one of my favorite coaches! He has helped my 9 and 15 year-old-boys to improve much is soccer! He is patient and allows the boys to be themselves, even when in times of great pressure, during play offs and finals! I am eternally grateful for his guiding the boys, and me as a parent!  

 Sam not only understands "soccer" he more importantly understands how to teach it to youth at various age groups. 

My son has become a faster player as a result of Coach Sam's speed and conditioning training. His first step is much quicker helping him explode offensively and defensively. 

One thing that sets Sam apart from other coaches I have seen is his ability to connect with the kids. Unfortunately, I have seen too many coaches on the sidelines yelling at the kids or being sarcastic. Sam is deliberate with his instruction and speaks to the players at their level. He has high expectations for his players, but is also approachable. ​I wish Sam the best of luck in his coaching career. I know that all who are with him will get his very best. 

Coach Sam teaches proper technique in futsal. I'm a better player on the turf because of his help with futsal on the court.  As my Bolts coach he works us hard, in a good way!
